A live and multimedia program using the power of music to strengthen community well-being

At The Summit FM, we believe music is more than something you hear—it’s something you feel. It connects us, grounds us, and helps us heal. That’s why we created the Music & Wellness Program—to bring the restorative power of music into everyday life and promote mental, emotional, and physical health across our community.

Through a blend of live events, workshops, on-air features, and streaming content, we explore how music supports wellness in ways that are both accessible and inspiring.

Our program includes:

  • Music & Movement Workshops – Interactive sessions that combine live music, mindfulness, and gentle movement to promote relaxation and self-awareness.
  • Community Performances – Concerts and storytelling events that celebrate resilience, connection, and creativity.
  • Wellness Moments on Air – Short radio and video segments highlighting tips for wellbeing and PSAs designed to increase awareness about various mental health topics
  • Curated Playlists & Wavelengths Streaming Channel – Music selections designed to soothe, uplift, and inspire.
